Bluestone Promotes Three Advanced Practice Providers To Clinical Practice Directors

Bluestone Promotes Three Advanced Practice Providers to Clinical Practice Directors

We are pleased to announce the promotion of three advanced practice providers (APPs) to clinical practice directors overseeing each of Bluestone’s markets (Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin).

As clinical practice directors, Jamie DiLorenzo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC (Florida), Nicole Papermaster, MPAS, PA-C (Wisconsin) and Anna Stanislawski, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C (Minnesota) will promote clinical quality, ensure practice standards and empower provider performance in their respective markets. They will oversee APPs in their market, working closely with physician leads in effective practice management. They began their work on Oct. 1.

DiLorenzo, Papermaster and Stanislawski all worked as clinical leads at Bluestone prior to their promotion. They are among the 70+ APPs at Bluestone who treat patients across nearly 600 assisted living and group home communities.

“Bluestone has always supported APPs in practice and in leadership positions. We now have nurse practitioners and physician assistants at both the director and VP levels within our organization,” said Jessie Waks, CNP, Senior Vice President of Clinical Practice at Bluestone. “These three clinical practice directors represent the critical role that APPs play within our practice to support other providers in the field, allowing us to continue to expand and bring our care model to as many patients as possible.”

All three leaders have significant clinical experiences and a passion for providing the best care possible to assisted living and group home populations. DiLorenzo has worked as a clinical lead with Bluestone for six years, and prior to that, served in a diverse array of specialty clinic settings. Papermaster has been with Bluestone since 2018, and brings her experience in education to the role, having worked at Carroll University as a clinical assistant professor of physician assistant studies and a guest lecturer. Stanislawski is also an established Bluestone provider bringing years of hospital-based practice into her role.

“These promotions are indicative of Bluestone’s continued, tremendous growth,” said Todd Stivland, M.D., CEO of Bluestone. “At Bluestone, we are always evolving to better meet the needs of our patients, and elevating these advanced practice providers, who have deep experience in the field, to be leaders and decision-makers will ultimately benefit our patients most of all.”
