Bluestone in Florida
Bluestone Physician Services has provided residential care to elderly patients in assisted living, memory care and group home settings since 2006. In 2015, Bluestone expanded this care to Florida. Today we serve communities in the Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Sarasota areas. Physician-led provider teams make regular, on-site visits with the goal of improving health, decreasing the severity of medical issues and reducing emergency and hospital admissions.
