“Assisting my dad through his chronic illness, and eventually his passing, has given me a unique perspective in providing care for patients. It has taught me the importance of developing relationships through dignity and respect, along with providing collaborative and comprehensive care. I love that the Bluestone model fosters relationships with patients and families, through monthly visits, as a way to get to know each person's unique care needs.” — Molly Schacht, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jenna Dahl, MSN, AGACNP-BC

“My passion for the elderly started many years ago when I accepted my first job as a nursing assistant in a senior apartment complex. It was an honor and privilege to care for individuals’ needs and health care concerns as well as spend time engaging in their emotional well-being. I learned so much about building a strong rapport and being present with my patients. My passion has grown over the years as I have cared for patients in the intensive care setting as well as those suffering from heart failure, some of whom went on to receive heart transplantation while others I have personally helped navigate through the supportive care of hospice. I feel blessed to work for Bluestone Physician Services to continue my journey in caring for those who are most vulnerable and deserve high quality, individualized, and compassionate care.” — Jenna Dahl, MSN, AGACNP-BC
