Brandon Clark joined Bluestone as Chief Executive Officer in August 2026. As a healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience, he brings extensive strategic and operational expertise leading and scaling multi-state, value-based care and primary care platforms serving complex and vulnerable patient populations.

Before joining Bluestone, Brandon spent more than seven years in senior executive roles at Equality Health, a company focused on making value-based care work for providers, health plans and patients, with a strong emphasis on Medicaid populations and historically under-resourced communities. Most recently serving as President, he played a central role in scaling the platform’s membership from 150,000 to 900,000 attributed members across five states. 

Earlier in his career, Brandon served as founding CEO of Circle the City, an Arizona nonprofit providing high-quality healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness, growing it from a grassroots effort into a multi-site, $20 million Federally Qualified Health Center serving more than 10,000 individuals annually. He also held senior roles at Banner Health, where he led consumer experience strategies that improved patient satisfaction and hospital-wide HCAHPS performance.

Throughout his career, Brandon has stayed closely connected to the communities he serves, dedicating time and expertise to organizations at the intersection of healthcare access and community wellbeing. He has served on the Strategic Advisory Board of Gellert Health, as Chairman of the Board of Hushabye Nursery, as a Board Member and Vice Chair of the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers, and as a Board Member of the Maricopa County Human Services Campus. 

Brandon lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and two elementary-age daughters. Outside of work he enjoys running, hiking, golfing, reading and coaching little league softball.
