Jessie Waks serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Primary Care at Bluestone, where she leads the strategic and business operations for the medical group. In this role, Jessie oversees a multidisciplinary team of Business Leaders, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to deploy and optimize innovative care models across all markets.

Since joining the organization in 2009, Jessie has been instrumental in scaling Bluestone’s growth and care model evolution. Today, she ensures that clinical quality and operational efficiency work in tandem to deliver an unparalleled patient experience. A dedicated steward of healthcare resources, Jessie is committed to a care philosophy that guides patients through their final years with dignity and grace. She aims to transform how patients and families experience the end of life by combining clinical excellence with compassionate leadership.

Outside of work, Jessie is kept in constant motion by her two teenage daughters, spending much of her time at dance competitions, soccer, and hockey games. She has a deep-rooted passion for the grit of long-distance trail racing and has recently embraced the world of pickleball as her primary pursuit.
