Bluestone Welcomes Two Leadership Team Members

Bluestone is welcoming two new members to our leadership team — Chief Financial Officer Ray Keller and Vice President of Product Emily Roesing — both serving as strategic partners to support our ambition to grow Bluestone to serve even more patients living with complex, chronic conditions. 

Ray leads our administrative, financial, and risk management operations, and brings extensive experience and a proven track record for improving value-based care operations and delivery for payers and providers. Most recently Ray led operations and finance at a Minnesota-based value-based physician practice where he oversaw finance, reporting, technology, revenue cycle, facility management, growth and operations. Before that, he spent 18 years in leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group.

Emily leads product strategy for our dementia care management offering to health plans and for our ACO value-based care managed service offering to physician groups. She has more than 15 years of experience spanning value-based care, incentive design, and health technology. Most recently, Emily served as VP of Product at Clarify Health Solutions, where she led the go-to-market strategy and product management for the company’s physician incentive platform.

With our expanded leadership and continued innovation in value-based care, Bluestone is poised to significantly expand our reach and impact, bringing our unique care model to even more patients, including the Bluestone GUIDE program to care for patients with dementia and their caregivers launching this July.
